Welcome to my web site!  Allow me to introduce myself. I'm a 47 year-old Family Practice doctor located on State Road 434 in Longwood. I'm part of a large primary care physician group named Physician Associates.

The intention of this site is to provide a central resource for most all of your medical needs.   Please note that although the majority of the content of this site involves anti-aging medicine, the majority of my practice involves conventional family practice.  I still encourage my female patients to see their gynecologist, and I no longer deliver babies.  Other than those issues, I practice all aspects of family medicine, including pediatric care.

I am not an "alternative medicine" doctor.  Although I won't discount some alternative medicine doctrines, I find that much of the time the claims are either not substantiated by good placebo controlled studies, or simply show too miniscule a benefit. 

I am also not on a crusade to have everyone practice anti-aging medicine.  I enjoy presenting data and studies on medical issues that I believe are beneficial to our health.  Anything you do to your body or put into your body involves risk, and anti-aging principles are no exception.  I believe if you are aware of both potential benefits and potential risks, you should be allowed to use this for your health and well being according to what your health priorities are.  I'm here to educate, facilitate, and monitor your health needs.
